1. By booking an appointment with us, you are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. We reserve the right to amend, vary or cancel these Terms and Conditions at any time.
1.3. If your experience was purchased from a third party company, additional Terms and Conditions may apply.
1.4. When using a voucher, it is your responsibility to ensure you book an appointment before it expires; your shoot appointment must be within the expiry date of the voucher. If you are unsure of the expiry date of your voucher, please call the bookings team on (01522) 523715.
1.5. We reserve the right to require a non-refundable deposit when accepting vouchers outside of their terms and conditions or expiry.
1.6. We reserve the right to deny or cut short the experience if any of our staff feel that a client’s behaviour, presentation or hygiene may compromise the experience for other clients.
1.7. Though we endeavour to work to schedule; owing to the nature of the experiences we provide, we cannot guarantee accurate appointment times.
2. Under 18s- We do not offer childcare facilities, therefore you are kindly requested not to bring anyone under the age of 18 with you when they are not involved in your experience.
2.2. All attendees under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times.
2.3. When two or more minors attend a session together, each attendee must have their own parent or guardian in attendance.
2.4. Photo ID in the form of a drivers licence or passport will be required as verification of age for all those under 25 years.
3. Booking Deposit
3.1. A booking deposit or session fee is required for all appointments at the studio, the value of which is determined by the shoot type.
3.2. Booking deposits are automatically deducted from orders made at the ordering session,unless otherwise stated.
3.3. If no purchase is made at the ordering session, the booking deposit will be refunded back onto the card from which the initial deposit was paid or directly to a nominated bank account within 7 days of the ordering appointment.
3.4. A booking deposit is for your entire voucher entitlement, for example if you have a bump to baby voucher you will need to complete both photo shoots and ordering sessions before your deposit is refunded. The deposit will be refunded if no part of your photoshoot has taken place and the required notice period has been adhered to. Shoot Fees: Some shoots are subject to a ‘sitting or shoot fee’, this fee covers your shoot and/or hair and makeup if included as part of your voucher.
4. Amending and Cancelling Appointments
4.1. Appointments can be rearranged by calling the bookings team on 01522 523715 more than three days (for appointments booked via CLICK) 2 weeks prior to your appointment if booked directly with the studio. Please note we do not count weekends and bank holidays as notice period. Cancellations must be done via the telephone or email.

5. Late Arrival and No Show Policy 5.1. If you fail to attend your appointment, rearrange your appointment within three or 7 working days or do not complete your entire experience including make-up (when booked), photo shoot and ordering session; this will constitute a No Show and your booking deposit or session fee will be forfeit.
5.2. After a No Show, you may be able to book another appointment with a new booking deposit at Studio8’s discretion.
5.3. If you arrive after your allocated appointment time, you will receive a shortened experience at Studio8Experience’s discretion which may include forfeiting certain aspects of your experience.
5.4. Should you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment cannot be guaranteed and may be cancelled altogether; therefore constituting a No Show (see Late Arrival and No Show Policy 5.1 for details).
6. Ordering Appointments and Orders
6.1. We offer one ordering session per photo shoot at a time of mutual convenience in our viewing room.
6.2. We do not offer remote viewing or an online ordering service. 01522 523715 should you wish to clarify or rearrange your appointment.
6.3. Your ordering appointment is a fundamental element of your experience and therefore failure to attend constitutes a No Show (see Late Arrival and No Show Policy 5.1 for details).
6.4. The client who booked the appointment and paid the booking deposit must be present at the ordering appointment as should all adult attendees.
6.5. You are under no obligation to purchase prints, images or any products from your photo shoot experience and we operate a ‘No Hard Sell’ policy.
6.6. Your ordering appointment is your only opportunity to order, so we kindly ask that you arrange a time that is convenient for all interested parties.
6.7 All orders are final at the viewing; due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
6.8 All orders must be paid for in full at the ordering session or by payment plan. Payment plans are available for orders over £300 and require a minimum 25% deposit.
6.9. All orders take approximately 5 weeks to complete and must be collected from the studio, or posted at a cost of £7.50 to £25.
6.10 Should you wish to only get the complimentary (comp) image that is part of your voucher, your choice is of the first 5 images that came out of the camera. All complimentary images come with our company logo. If you wish to recreate an image that you have seen and brought along with you, this is NOT counted as your complimentary image and you will have to purchase this. The image is deemed to be bespoke i.e. specially created for you from a request that you have and, utilising the photographer’s skill, expertise and creativity. For a bump2baby shoot your complimentary image is just bump for the bump shoot and just baby for baby shoot. If you wish you may purchase additional images of mum, dad and baby. For Mother and Daughter shoot the comp is just of mother and daughter, and for family shoots the comp is of a multigenerational family image or four or more people from the same family.
6.11 Orders take approximately 6 weeks. We will email you when your order is ready for collection or post. Please do not contact the studio before the 6 weeks has passed. 7. Copyright
7.1. Copyright for all images remains with Studio8Experience and images must not be reproduced in any form without our permission.
7.2. If you purchase images in digital format, you will receive an email providing you with permission to reproduce the images.
8.1. We reserve the right to use any photographs taken by our photographers for display, website, literature, promotions and advertisements.
8.2. You may request that your photographs not be used for display by writing to us.

9. All vouchers bought from the studio are none refundable once they have been purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please turn off mobile phones and keep these and any cameras in your bag for the duration of your appointment, until the session has ended. It is strictly prohibited to use any of these and any other recording devices in our studio.
